DoubleTree by Hilton Little Rock

The customer service is exceptional. Shuttle, front desk, dining and random employees you meet during the day, all of them had a friendly greeting and a smile. I even met an employee whose father worked at the hotel previously. Why did I get that history lesson, because they didn't treat me like a stranger.

Second year in a row to stay here for Big Dam Bridge 100 bike ride. We requested a room near the one we had last year on the 4th floor facing the river. The night lights on the river makes for a really nice view. If you plan to stay, ask for a river view. The History of Arkansas museum is next to the hotel is extremely nice and free admission. If you need to be at the convention center, it's a 100 yard walk. Plenty of places to dine within walking distance. Suggestions are Flying Fish, Bruno's Little Italy and @ on the corner just two blocks from the hotel. This area around the hotel is clean and has plenty going on. Highly recommend staying. We'll be back in 2025.

The room was very comfortable. I was attending a play at Robinson Auditorium, and the hotel is connected to the theater. It is a wonderful location. I had dinner and breakfast, in their restaurant, which was very good.

Location, short walk to convention center. Onsite restaurant served really good food and servers very friendly. Hotel staff,exceptional service,I arrived earlier then expected on Thursday February 28th and the women went out of her way to get me a room,she was fantastic. Room very comfortable. I will be back in 26

The view of the river was nice from our room. We had the nicest people at the front desk and throughout the hotel. The breakfast was good and we had a very nice server. The cookies and the iced water in the lobby are a nice plus.
